The One Requirement
To keep the roster credible for venues — and to make sure every artist here is being paid fairly — we ask that your minimum performance rate is $150. That's it. There's no audition and no other gatekeeping beyond making sure you're being valued the way you should be.
The First-Booking Perk
When a venue books you for the first time through Heartland, they receive 10% off your standard rate for that show — capped at $150. It's a small welcome discount that lowers the risk of trying someone new, so more venues say yes to acts they haven't worked with before. After that first show, every future booking with that venue is your full rate.
Getting started is simple.
Fill out the form below, and Kay will personally reach out to set up an Artist Intake — a real conversation to understand your sound, your rate, and what you're looking for. Once that's done, your Spotlight goes live and venues in the network get notified. Once you're on the roster, you get access to the Artist Hub — your home base for opportunities, resources, and a direct line to me.
