Why We Don't Just Hand Over the Roster
We don't publish artist contact info or open the full roster to browse. Every introduction goes through us on purpose — it protects artists from being flooded with cold outreach, and it means the matches you get are ones we've actually thought through, not just the first name that popped up.
The First-Booking Perk
The first time you book a specific artist through Heartland, you get 10% off their standard rate for that show — capped at $150. It's our way of making it easy to say yes to someone new. Book that same artist again, and it's their full rate — but the discount applies fresh every time you try a different new artist for the first time.
How You Get Started
Fill out the form below, and Kay will personally reach out to set up a Venue Intake — a conversation about your space, your crowd, and the sound you're looking for. Once that's done, your membership is active and you'll get access to the Artist Spotlight feed.
